As of April 25, 2007, the 101 Artists' Colony is without a home! Our prior home at Coast Highway 101 and Encinitas Blvd. was demolished to make way for a high-end condominium complex. We're seeking new space so we can continue to provide a venue for visual and performing arts.

Throughout its existence, the 101 Artist's Colony has worked hard to keep ARTS ALIVE here in Encinitas…even if it has meant moving from place to place. 

We have made a proposal to the owner of a potential site in Leucadia. While we wait to find out whether negotiations will be successful, our virtual home is this website.
