The minimum starting bid is $200 with incremental bids at a minimum of $25. Sales tax is added to the purchase price. Purchases are not tax deductible.
Silent bidding begins at the Unveiling Reception on Saturday April 19th, 2025, and then by phone to (760) 473-5164 throughout the period the exhibit is on display right up to the day before the Live Auction July 13th. Bid sheets will be on display for silent bids for a half hour until the auctioneer bangs the gavel starting the Live Auction. Come to the auction to make sure you aren’t outbid on your favorite painting. Rich Houk is our Auctioneer in 2025.

When can I place a bid?
Call your bids in to 760-473-5164 by July 12, 2025. Then attend the Live Auction on Sunday, July 13 1:30 PM at Cardiff Town Center to ensure you get the banner you want!!
